PMS, channel manager, booking engine, POS, door locks and invoicing each hold their own data. Many older PMS have no way of sharing it, so what should be the hub stays locked away.

What is Staytion?
It is the software we developed to connect a hotel's systems and show the operation in one place: PMS and channel integration, operations dashboards, finance and expenses, human resources and stock. You activate only the modules you need.
Do I have to replace the system I already use?
No. We connect to the PMS and the tools your team already knows and build on top. Staytion stays in the background and the operation carries on as before — just with less work done by hand.
Can you fix overbooking and rate parity problems?
We greatly reduce the risk: by keeping the PMS and the channels in sync, availability and rates match everywhere.
Can reporting to SIBA and INE be automatic?
Yes, for Mews customers: WTConnector sends guest data to SIBA automatically overnight, with an email alert if something fails, and handles reporting to INE. With other PMS, we assess the connection case by case.
Where do you use AI?
In reading documents: supplier invoices and other paperwork are read and posted without being re-keyed. When there is more, we will tell you — we do not promise what is not yet in production.
