02Personal data collected
We collect the following personal data: (a) data voluntarily provided through contact forms — name, email address, company and message; (b) technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and visit duration; (c) optional data — phone number, when provided by the user; (d) origin of the visit — landing page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM), sent with the contact request so that we know how you found us.
03Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR: (a) consent — for submitting data through contact forms and for the use of non-essential cookies (Article 6(1)(a)); (b) legitimate interest — for security purposes, fraud prevention and website improvement (Article 6(1)(f)); (c) performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures — when processing is necessary to respond to a request for proposal or to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Your personal data may be shared with the following sub-processors, strictly for the purposes indicated: (a) SparkPost (MessageBird) — sending email communications; (b) Google Analytics — statistical analysis of website traffic; (c) Cloudflare — security, DDoS protection and content delivery network (CDN); (d) Google Gemini — artificial intelligence assistance in the contact form. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
06International data transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In these cases, transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission: (a) SparkPost (MessageBird) — United States, under SCCs; (b) Google (Analytics and Gemini) — United States, under SCCs and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; (c) Cloudflare — global network, under SCCs.
07Retention periods
Personal data is retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: (a) contact form data — 2 years after the last contact; (b) analytics data — up to 14 months (Google Analytics 4 configuration); (c) security logs — 90 days. Once the retention period has ended, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
