01Who we are
This site is owned by Destino Principal, Lda. (trading as WebTeam), a legal entity with tax identification number PT508795460, with its registered office at Praceta Sabino Duarte, 1, SL Esq., 2695-072 Bobadela, Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: comercial [at] webteam [dot] pt · +351 214 005 219.
02Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the webteam.pt site and the content made available on it. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site. The services we provide to clients (development, integrations, maintenance, software licensing) are governed by the proposal or contract entered into with each client; in the event of any conflict, that contract prevails.
03Use of the site
The site is intended to present WebTeam, its services and solutions, and to allow contact. You agree to use it lawfully and not to: attempt to access unauthorised areas or systems; introduce malicious code; overload or disrupt the operation of the site; or automatically extract its content without written authorisation.
04Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, code and other content on the site, as well as the WebTeam brand and the names of our solutions (among others, Auctys, WTConnector, Workonspot and casacerta.pt), belong to Destino Principal, Lda. or are used with the authorisation of their respective owners. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Reproducing, distributing or modifying the content without prior written authorisation is not permitted.
05Contact requests and proposals
The information sent through the contact form is used to respond to your request and prepare a proposal. Estimates, timescales or amounts given on the site or in preliminary conversations are indicative only and do not bind WebTeam until a proposal is accepted in writing.
06Liability
The site is provided "as is". We make a reasonable effort to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
07Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, the partner marketplace or the pages of our solutions). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
08Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
09Complaints and dispute resolution
You may submit a complaint directly by email or phone (section 1), or through the electronic Livro de Reclamações (complaints book). In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body; the up-to-date list is available on the Consumer Portal (Portal do Consumidor), at consumidor.gov.pt.
10Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept them.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The court of the judicial district of Lisbon (tribunal da comarca de Lisboa) has jurisdiction to settle any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
