Auctys
Online and in-person auction platform — from catalogue to settlement.
Auctys runs an auction house's entire operation: lot cataloguing, in-person and online auctions, real-time bidding and settlement at the end of the event. It handles property, vehicle, art and other auctions. It runs in the cloud and works on any device — bidders follow the auction and bid from their phones.

What usually goes wrong.
Lot cataloguing done by hand
Every auction means building the catalogue again: photographs, descriptions, starting prices, conditions of sale. Without a single system, the same lot is recorded several times in different files.
Online bidding that has to cope with the peak
The final minutes of an auction bring all the bidders in at the same time. A failure at that moment means disputed lots and bidders who do not come back.
Slow settlement after the hammer
Checking lot awards, commissions, buyer payments and seller settlements by hand delays the close of each auction and multiplies errors.
What it does, in practice.
Lot cataloguing
Lot sheets with photographs, description, starting price and conditions of sale — published in the auction catalogue.
Real-time bidding
Live online bids, with increments you define and instant updates for every bidder.
In-person and online in the same auction
Bidders in the room and online take part in the same event, on the same list of lots and with the same bid history.
Buyer and seller management
Registration and approval of bidders, seller records and participation history for each auction.
Settlement
Everything calculated when the auction closes: awards per lot, and buyer and seller accounts ready to invoice.
In the cloud, on any device
No installation: the auction house manages everything in the browser and bidders follow the auction on any device.
Connects to what you already use.
Auctys connects to the invoicing and systems your auction house already uses, so lot awards turn into documents without re-entering data. Specific integrations are built on top of our API.
Whatever does not exist yet, we build on top.
The auction itself runs in Auctys; the rest of the operation varies from one auction house to another. We build what is missing — connection to invoicing, export to accounting, auction sites under your own brand, or links to the internal systems you already use.
