Evman
Online ticketing and access control for events.
Evman manages the event cycle, from ticket to entry: tickets are sold online through the platform's own ticketing, and on the day, access control validates tickets and accreditation at the venue entrance. The organiser and the door team work from the same data, in real time.

What usually goes wrong.
A commission on every ticket sold
Selling through third-party platforms costs a commission per ticket — and the buyer's data stays with the platform. With your own ticketing, the margin and the contact stay with you.
Access control on the day of the event
Queues at the entrance, duplicate tickets and paper lists cause friction at the very moment you can least afford it. Validation has to be fast and work with a full house.
Accreditation and attendee data
Staff, press, guests and attendees are managed in separate spreadsheets. Without a single record, nobody knows who is accredited or who is already in.
What it does, in practice.
Your own ticketing
Online ticket sales, with different ticket types and prices for each event. The sales channel is yours, with buyer data held by your organisation.
Online payment
The buyer pays at the time of purchase and receives the digital ticket immediately.
Ticket scanning at the venue
Validation at the entrance, blocking tickets that have already been used or are invalid.
Accreditation
Credentials for staff, press and guests, controlling who gets in and through which entrance.
Sales and entries in real time
The organiser sees tickets sold and venue entries as they happen.
Connects to what you already use.
Evman connects to the systems your organisation already uses — invoicing, accounting or CRM — through our API. Integrations specific to your event are built on top of it.
Whatever does not exist yet, we build on top.
A festival, a conference and a venue with a regular programme do not work in the same way. We build around your operation — connection to invoicing and CRM, specific registration areas, sales reports by channel, or integrations with the systems the venue already uses.
