WTConnector
Connects Mews to certified invoicing, SIBA (Portugal's guest registration system) and INE (Statistics Portugal). Free in the standard version for Mews customers with properties in Portugal.
WTConnector sits between Mews and your Portuguese legal obligations: it issues tax documents in Moloni (Portuguese invoicing software), sends guest registration forms to SIBA and prepares the IPHH survey submission to INE. Each module is activated independently. The front desk keeps working in Mews; the rest happens in the background, with the status of each connection visible in a web app.
What it does, in practice.
Direct connection to Mews
Bookings, guests and charges come straight from Mews — no files, no re-keying. Activated from the Mews Marketplace.
Invoicing in Moloni
Invoice-receipts, invoices, receipts and credit notes issued in Moloni from Mews, in real time. The documents are stored on the customer's profile in Mews. Requires Moloni on the Flex or Pro plan.
SIBA guest registration forms
Sent automatically every night with the data already recorded in Mews. If any form comes back with an error, you receive an email. Requires the property to be registered beforehand on the SIBA Portal.
IPHH survey (INE)
Overnight stay data is sent to INE, so nobody has to fill in the survey by hand.

On the PMS side, Mews. On the other side, Moloni, SIBA and INE. Other connections — different invoicing software, a different PMS — are built case by case on top of our API.
