SIBA/SEF connector for Mews
Takes guest data from Mews and sends the registration forms (boletins de alojamento) to SIBA, Portugal's guest registration system (formerly SEF), automatically every day.
What it does
The forms go out overnight, with nothing for the front desk to do.
- Submits the mandatory guest registration forms using information already in Mews.
- Submission happens automatically overnight.
- If a form comes back with an error, you receive an email alert.
- You can see the details of each submission in the WTConnector web app.
Before you activate
Register on the SIBA Portal first.
The forms are sent via web services, so each property has to be registered individually in the restricted area of the SIBA Portal before you activate the module.
